Required Skills
- 8+ years of business development / partnerships experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or another regulated environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B2C or distribution partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills; able to make the complex simple and inspiring.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Near-native fluency in English; German or Dutch is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribution Partnerships (primary focus)
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, wealth platforms, pension platforms, neobanks, and distribution platforms.
- Develop tailored value propositions and business cases to unlock distribution and brand opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements and build long-term collaboration strategies.
- Create joint business plans with partners to maximize lead flow and conversion.
- Own ongoing partner management and performance optimization, ensuring continuous revenue and AUM growth.
2. Commercial Strategy & Growth Enablement (secondary focus)
- Support in defining and executing the broader B2B2C sales strategy, aligned with company objectives.
- Contribute to scalable commercial models (e.g. fund distribution, co-branded offerings), playbooks, processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, investor relations, and product teams to enable commercial success.
3. Investor Journey & Conversion
- Ensure a seamless investor experience from partner referral to onboarding and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, content, and events tailored to partner audiences.
- Monitor the funnel closely, improving conversion through data-driven insights and cleaner CRM management.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Coach and inspire team members, setting high standards for ownership and execution.
- Foster a mission-driven, performance-oriented sales culture.
